She tries shaking him awake before noticing a cut on his cheek. It seems deep but also as if someone intended to inflict more pain but Paul was able to fight the off.

Juana gets Paul inside and immediately pulls his pants down to find the source of the bleeding.

She notices his underwear is also stained red. She pulls those down.

When she pulls those down, she notices that Paul's ballsack has been ripped open, and one of his testicles has been removed entirely.

His other testicle is seen dangling out of his ballsack, and Juana jumps back in fright as she quickly runs to call 911.

She also notices what appears to be bite marks on the head of his penis, but cannot be entirely sure as to what it is

Paul is taken to the hospital, and recovers fairly quickly. He will have issues with ejaculation and sperm count but otherwise will return to top health

The police however did an investigation on the household, as Jared had tipped them off. Likely this was luck, as Jared was arrested for the mutilation done to Paul's body. However, the police also found the poison in Juana's house and had arrested her
